The food industry from Europe and beyond gathered in Frankfurt last week of November for FiE 2017. It was a vast and well attended show, with overwhelmingly positive feedback from exhibitors and visitors, illustrating the optimistic vibe that exists in the industry as 2017 draws to a close. This years’ show broke all the records, attracting more than 25.000 visitors and 1.500 exhibitors presenting their novelties on a floor space of 65.000 sqm. Key themes that dominated at the event included a sustained focus on high protein, plant-based foods and clean label, but sugar reduction was the focus for many exhibitors, even in indulgent applications.
Bell Flavors & Fragrances presented itself on a 100 sqm booth implementing a successful trade show concept showcasing the latest developments and trends for Beverages, Sweet & Dairy and Savory products. Along with getting inspired by numerous innovations, visitors at booth 08.0L1 in Hall 8 also took the opportunity to meet up with Bell’s top flavorists, marketing and sales experts to discuss ideas for new product developments (...)
