    Charitable donation to World Food Program

    Bell has decided to support the World Food Programme of the United Nations instead of giving Christmas presents this year.

    WFP - The biggest humanitarian organization of the world. But still too small. Each year the United Nations World Food Programme helps about 90 million people.

    Better would be 963 million. In fact this is the number of people who are going to bed hungry every day. Day after day 25.000 people die from hunger.

    On the list of United Nation’s millennium development targets hunger and malnutrition are in fact the number one risk to the health worldwide: Until 2015 the number of hungry people of world population shall be halved.
