UK Culinary Centre Opening

Bell Flavors & Fragrances EMEA opens culinary centre and office in UK

On 26 September 2019, the official opening ceremony of Bell’s new Culinary Centre with associated offices in the UK took place. The new Culinary Centre is designed to encourage creativity, drive innovation in “Culinary” and place a greater focus on regional product needs. With the new location in Ketton/Stamford, Bell strengthens its culinary expertise as well as its regional presence in the UK market and sets a clear focus on customer proximity and customer-oriented innovations tailored to the needs of the UK market. As a strategic complement to Bell’s European headquarters in Leipzig, the new Culinary Centre features a state-of-the-art test kitchen as well as meeting and office space. A dedicated Culinary Chef supports developments on site.

Staying ahead of current industry challenges and increased consumer demands, as well as anticipating market trends at an early stage, is of great importance to Bell. Therefore Bell offers its customers outstanding taste experiences and functional solutions that enable the development of successful market products. The new kitchen ande tasting area sets the ideal spot to expand the company’s culinary capabilities and to collaboratively  develop new food and beverages solutions together with customers and partners.
Bell aims to actively contribute to the development of healthier products that meet the expectations of today’s consumers. Based on this, an inspiring, modern place was created where not only ideas can be realised but future networks can be established: a creative environment for the entire team to realise innovative product ideas through the use of in-house flavours, botanical extracts as well as other food ingredients with a  focus on authenticity and clean labelling.
