Thank you for your interest in our website. The security of your personal data is very important to us. Below you will find information about the processing of your data that is collected through the use of our website.
1. Privacy Notice
Insofar as access to information or the storage of information is absolutely necessary for the technically error-free provision of our services, this is done on the basis of § 25 para. 1 sentence 1, para. 2 no. 2 TTDSG.
In cases where such processing serves other purposes (e.g. needs-based design of our website), this is only carried out on the basis of Section 25 (1) sentence 1 TTDSG with your consent in accordance with Art. 6 (1) lit. a DSGVO.
This consent can be revoked at any time.
The provisions of the DSGVO and the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) apply to the processing of your personal data.
For more information on the processing of your personal data and the corresponding legal bases in this context, please refer to the following sections on the individual processing activities on our website.
When you access our websites, it is technically necessary for data to be transmitted to our web server via your internet browser. During communication between your internet browser and our web server, the following data is stored during an ongoing connection: Date and time of the request, name of the requested file, page from which the file was requested, access status, web browser and operating system used, (full) IP address of the requesting computer and amount of data transferred.
We collect the listed data to ensure a smooth configuration of the website connection and to enable a comfortable use of our website by the users. In addition, the log file is used to evaluate the security and stability of the system and for administrative purposes. The legal basis for the temporary storage of data or log files is Art. 6 No. 1 lit. f DSGVO.
For reasons of technical security, in particular to defend against attempted attacks on our web server, we store this data for a short period of time. It is not possible for us to draw conclusions about individual persons based on this data. After seven days at the latest, the data is deleted by reducing the IP address to domain level. This data is never stored together with other personal data of the user, compared with other data or passed on to third parties.
Our website uses so-called “cookies”. Cookies are small text files that are stored either temporarily during a session (session cookies) or permanently (permanent cookies) on your terminal device. Session cookies are automatically deleted at the end of your visit. Permanent cookies remain stored on your end device until you delete them yourself or until they are automatically deleted by your web browser.
Cookies have various functions. Many cookies are technically necessary, as certain functions of the website would not work without them (e.g. the shopping cart function or the language settings). Other cookies are used to evaluate user behaviour or to display advertising.
The processing of data through the use of absolutely necessary cookies is based on a legitimate interest in accordance with Art. 6 (1) lit. f DSGVO in the technically error-free provision of our services.
The processing of personal data through the use of other cookies is based on consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) lit. a DSGVO. The consent can be revoked at any time with effect for the future. Insofar as such cookies are used for analysis and optimisation purposes, we will point this out to you separately within the scope of this data protection notice and obtain consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO.
A contact form is available on our website, which can be used to ask us for a free offer for our services by e-mail or telephone. If you make use of this option, the data entered in the input mask will be transmitted to us and stored. These data are: First name, last name, e-mail address, telephone number. When sending the message, the following data will also be stored: Date and time.
In this context, the data will not be passed on to third parties. The data is processed exclusively within the scope of the stated purpose – to send an offer and to contact you by telephone. The legal basis for the processing of the data transmitted in the context of sending an e-mail is the implementation of pre-contractual measures or a contract pursuant to Art. 6 (1) lit. b DSGVO or your consent pursuant to Art. 6 lit. a DSGVO.
Your personal data will be deleted as soon as they are no longer required to achieve the purpose for which they were collected.
If you contact us by e-mail with questions, the information you provide in the e-mail, including the contact details you provide there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. Under no circumstances will we pass on this data without your consent. The legal basis for processing the data is our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f DSGVO and, if applicable, Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b DSGVO if your enquiry serves the conclusion of a contract.
Your data will be deleted after your enquiry has been processed, unless there is a legal obligation to retain it. You can object to the processing of your personal data at any time in the case of Art. 6 No. 1 lit. f DSGVO.
If you would like to receive the newsletter offered on the website with regular information about our offers and products, we ask you for your e-mail address as mandatory information. Further data is provided in order to address you personally in the newsletter and/or to identify you if you wish to exercise your rights as a data subject. We base the processing of your data on your consent pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO.
When you register for the newsletter, in addition to the e-mail address required for sending, we also store the IP address via which you registered for the newsletter, as well as the date and time of registration and confirmation, in order to be able to trace possible misuse at a later date. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via the link contained in each newsletter or by sending an email to the responsible person named above. After unsubscribing, your email address will be deleted from our newsletter distribution list immediately, unless you have expressly consented to the further use of the collected data or the processing is permitted for other legal reasons.
Our website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (“Google”).
On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage to the website operator. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data.
We will use Google Analytics exclusively with activated IP anonymisation. This means that the user’s IP address is shortened.
The processing of Google Analytics is based on your consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO. We have concluded an order processing agreement with the service provider in which we oblige them to protect our customers’ data and not to pass it on to third parties.
The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required to achieve the purpose for which it was collected.
The duration of the storage of personal data depends on the respective statutory retention periods (e.g. from commercial and tax law). After expiry of the respective period, the corresponding data is routinely deleted. If we have a legitimate interest in the continued storage of the data, the data will be deleted when it is no longer required for these purposes or you have exercised your right of revocation or objection.

Right to restriction of processing
You have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data in accordance with Art. 18 DSGVO, insofar as the accuracy of the data is disputed by you, the processing is unlawful, but you object to the deletion and we no longer require the data, but need it for the assertion, exercise or defence of legal claims, or you have objected to the processing in accordance with Art. 21 DSGVO.
