Bakery Magic with a Glossy Twist
Jellies don’t stop at dessert – they bring brilliance to the bakery, too! Add a glossy glaze or a fruity finish to cakes and pastries for a professional, polished look.

Recipe idea: Colourful jelly cube
Step 1
Take one package each of jelly (red, yellow, and green) and prepare them according to the instructions. Let them cool.
Step 2
Prepare a vanilla sauce. Bring 300 ml of milk to a boil with 1 vanilla bean and 30 g of sugar, then add 200 ml of cream and 1 egg yolk. Bring to a boil again while stirring continuously. Remove the vanilla bean.
Step 3
Briefly soak 10 sheets of gelatin (2 packages) and dissolve them in a pot over medium heat. Then stir the gelatin into the vanilla sauce.
Step 4
Cut the colorful jelly into cubes and place them in a loaf pan. Pour the vanilla sauce over it. After 3 hours in the refrigerator, the cake can be turned out.
