The journey from our takeover of this company steeped in tradition in the year 1993 to our current position in the international market is characterised by a high degree of motivation, entrepreneurial activity, creativity, investment, belief in our own capabilities and resilience.

Due to the high level of commitment exhibited by our employees, Bell is today a family-owned company for which quality, reliability and creativity are afforded the highest priority.
In order to continue this successful path in the future, we need a common foundation of values which we all embody on a daily basis.

In addition to describing our values, our “Mission, Vision & Values” approach also provides guidance for each individual within our company. Alongside dealing with employees, colleagues, superiors, customers and business partners as individuals, this also means taking a sustainable approach to our activities and having a passion for what we do.

    Due to our commitment to comply with customer requirements, our Quality Management System (QMS) has been aligned with and certified to ISO 9001 since 1995. In addition, we are committed to compliance with food and feed safety (FSSC 22000/FAMI-QS) and are able to offer the products we manufacture to our customers in a wide range of constantly changing qualities (organic, kosher, halal, vegan, etc.).

    Compliance with these manifold requirements is continuously monitored in our QMS. We guarantee the safety of our products by complying with internal, external and regulatory requirements, regular controls and audits, as well as risk assessment and performance audits in advance.
